Within plasmolifting the superficial layers of the skin .are injected with plasma – product, derived from own patients blood, processed in advance. To realize the procedure a small portion of the patent’s blood is taken and centrifuged in order to separate the blood cells. The derived product is the platelets reach plasma – PRP.
PRP injection in the superficial layers of skin provokes platelets to release substances withactive biological effect – growth factors (EGF, PDGF,TBG, IGF, KGF, VEGF). These substances activate the skin cells producing collagen and elastin. This is how the visible signs of skin ageing are corrected – sagging, low skin tone and wrinkles, while the skin becomes thicker, tighter and more elastic.
